The NAVY series is an advanced 5-axis machining center especially designed for each shipyard's needs. A wide range of models and cutter heads enable meeting any kind of dimensional and technological needs. The shipyards that are equipped with the Navy machining center have incremented their constructive quality and efficiency in a very short time ; also the quality of the work environment has greatly improved thanks to the various optionals that supplement the machining center, such as effective dust suction plants and active/passive safety systems.
Guarantees maximum productivity while having the same overall dimensions.
This system enables tracing possible warps of the deck or the hull and also translating the program according to the workpiece real geometry.
It enables an easy and quick handling of the workpiece to trim from the moulding area to the cutting area, thus reducing the machine idle times drastically.
